ABOUT
ME

"A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step"  - Lao Tzu

I have always been deeply connected to my body as a long-distance runner, attuned to the energy within and inspired by the harmony and respect for nature found in Asian culture. Chinese Medicine resonates with me because it unites the mind, body, and spirit, bringing meaning to the signals our bodies provide.

My journey into this field began in 2005, when I studied Acupuncture in Paris, France, after spending time exploring Asia. I specialized in Five Elements Acupuncture and cosmetic acupuncture, refining my skills in France. My fascination with herbs led me to study their healing properties through both Eastern and Western traditions, including Chinese Pharmacopeia, medical aromatherapy, and Western herbology. Chinese herbal medicine, in particular, focuses on balancing the body’s chemistry and restoring harmony.

In 2015, I moved to the United States to further my studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine. I’ve worked in integrative medical settings, including The Roy and Patricia Disney Family Cancer Center in Burbank, Being Alive! in West Hollywood (focused on HIV care), and the Venice Family Clinic in Santa Monica. Additionally, I gained expertise in sports and pain management while working in chiropractic integrative clinics in Orange County.

To complement my Eastern training, I also pursued Western medical knowledge. My studies included holistic nutrition and functional medicine, earning a micronutrition degree with high honors from the Faculty of Pharmacy in Strasbourg, France, and completing specialized courses like Apex seminars.

Recently, I added integrative frequencies to my practice, a technique that combines sound baths with acupuncture treatments. This innovative approach uses sound vibrations to enhance relaxation and amplify the therapeutic effects of acupuncture, creating a deeply restorative experience for the mind and body.

At Source Point Wellness in Los Angeles, I combine acupuncture with personalized nutrition and supplement plans based on blood, hair, and stool analysis. This integrated approach helps patients address health concerns at their root and achieve lasting balance, echoing Hippocrates’ wisdom: "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food."
